Nerdio and ControlUp have integrated ControlUp's real-time digital experience (DX) DaaS monitoring into Nerdio Manager for Enterprise. The integration simplifies management and monitoring of Azure Virtual Desktop and reduces costs, making it easier for IT teams to identify and resolve issues in real-time to improve the digital experience for employees.
The integration is available in Nerdio Manager for Enterprise versions 4.5 and above and automates the deployment and configuration of ControlUp agents. ControlUp's integration with Nerdio Manager for Enterprise significantly increases IT teams' visibility into the digital experience of their employees by providing key performance metrics in real-time.
IT administrators no longer need to download agents or manage machine accounts, and Nerdio Manager will inform administrators of updates. The integration is available to customers with a ControlUp real-time DX environment hosted in Azure.
