NSX-V to NSX-T Migration - In-Place Network Virtualization

This presentation and demo include NSX-V to NSX-T Migration of Network Virtualization using cITopus In-Place Migration Utility. cITopus, NSX-V to NSX-T Migration tool, allows migration of 1 to many vCenter Clusters from NSX-V to NSX-T. cITopus automatically removes the NSX-V VIBs, installs NSX-T VIBs, creates NSX-T specific networks and micro-segmentation and migrates the VMs from NSX-V to NSX-T. cITopus also configures temporary IPSETs in NSX-V and groups in NSX-T to allow east west firewall rules to function normally for traffic between vms managed by NSX-V and NSX-T. In-Place migrations from NSX-V to NSX-T can be performed live without experiencing any virtual machine outages for some use cases.
