Bill Rowan, vice president of federal sales at VMware (NYSE: VMW), wrote in a GCN article published Tuesday that there are three technologies federal agencies can adopt to transform the mobility experience of their employees and adhere to security policies and one of them is an enterprise mobility management system.Rowan noted that such a technology could help users seamlessly integrate applications and services and use the same mobile device for work and personal activities.Another technology platform agencies can deploy is a federal identity management system. Federated identity management allows users to have one digital identity, which is then connected to each of the applications and services they access to successfully do their job,” Rowan noted.
